Preeti Naik is based in our Mumbai office and brings significant expertise to the organisation
with over 15 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development and Performance Management.
With a passion for Human Resources, Preeti is a valuable team member of the ADVANZ Women’s Network (AWN). As someone with an ardent interest in personal development which completely aligns with AWN’s vision to “to embed a culture of equitable opportunities where everyone has access to a level playing field so that we can all make the most of career opportunities and reach our potential’, Preeti jumped at the chance to join AWN and use her skills to further develop our female workforce.
