Preeti Naik is based in our Mumbai office and brings significant expertise to the organisation
with over 15 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development and Performance Management.
With a passion for Human Resources, Preeti is a valuable team member of the ADVANZ Women’s Network (AWN). As someone with an ardent interest in personal development which completely aligns with AWN’s vision to “to embed a culture of equitable opportunities where everyone has access to a level playing field so that we can all make the most of career opportunities and reach our potential’, Preeti jumped at the chance to join AWN and use her skills to further develop our female workforce.
Preeti values being part of a community so for her the advancement of our female employees is ‘an advancement of the entire group with the benefits rippling out beyond ADVANZ PHARMA to the entire pharmaceutical industry’.

From an HR and talent management perspective, Preeti’s aim is to ‘improve the talent pipeline of our female employees and provide a venue for each of the women to support each other in their growth and development, both personally and professionally’.
