Eve-Anadel Coronado is a vibrant and valued member of the ADVANZ Women’s Network (AWN). The AWN provides a space for gender issues and equality to be discussed without judgement. A space where each member has a voice, where smart ideas are shared, and tangible solutions are offered by women who can relate to each other’s daily personal and professional challenges.
The AWN is a forum where members’ willingness to be open, vulnerable and supportive has been invaluable for Eve’s growth and path to achieving her ambitions whilst working as Senior Legal Counsel based out of our London office.
During a two-day professional development workshop hosted by AWN in October, Eve experienced many powerful and inspiring moments where our female employees not only supported each other, but also championed each other. Eve believes our female workforce is driven and an incredible resource that combined with the efforts of the AWN, can successfully propel the company forwards, with no limit to what we can achieve. The group continue to support and champion each other as part of their ongoing commitment to positively influence an inclusive culture.
As someone who considers herself to be highly ambitious, Eve finds it frustrating that there is a lack of female representation at the C-Suite level in the corporate world. Eve fully believes that AWN and its members are an important part of the solution which will be beneficial for herself, her family, her female colleagues, our company and our patients– “being part of the solution is powerful even if it is a small step in the right direction".
