Tim Churchill is Director of Global Quality at ADVANZ PHARMA, based in our London office. Last year, Tim became the first male member of the ADVANZ Women’s Network (AWN), a decision taken by the network in order to bring a male perspective into discussions around gender equality.
For Tim, AWN membership gave him the chance to be directly involved in working towards a more balanced workplace, whilst on a personal level it allowed him the opportunity to develop awareness and challenge some of his own assumptions.
We are very proud of the AWN’s efforts and its contribution towards our aim to develop, attract and retain female leaders. We hope to involve more ADVANZ PHARMA male team members in the future as we continue to build the AWN and strive towards a gender diverse workforce.
